Style matching in Intero analyzes your room photo to suggest design styles that work best with your existing architecture, lighting conditions, and room proportions. The AI considers factors like ceiling height, window placement, natural light direction, flooring type, and room size to recommend styles that will enhance rather than fight against your space. For example, a room with large industrial windows and exposed brick will get strong recommendations for industrial and loft styles, while a small bedroom with warm lighting might get japandi and Scandinavian suggestions. Style matching helps you discover design directions you might not have considered and saves time by narrowing down the 30+ available styles to the ones most likely to look great in your specific room. You can always override the suggestions and try any style you want.
